Prep Cook
Prep cooks prepare recipes from fresh scratch ingredients from more than 15 local farm partners.
Line Cook
Our cooks prepare food by Award Winning Chef Ype Von Hengst. Line Cooks prepare a feast for the eyes featuring flavors from around the world on the cutting edge of food trends. They also have the opportunity to grow their skills across all of our stations.
Dishwasher
Start your career in the Heart of the House! Dishwashers are the foundation of a successful restaurant. They supply all of the plates and cups used in the Heart and the Front. This is a great position to enter the industry!
Front of the House
Start your career in restaurant hospitality and serve guests from around the world.
Server
Servers are the face of our brand to the guests and sell our trend setting flexitarian menu by award winning chef Ype Von Hengst.
Bartender
Bartenders make our craft cocktails using house-made syrups, premium liquors, and fresh garnishes from recipes by Award Winning Mixologist Richard Torres.
Soda (Barista)
A diner classic. Sodas are where it all began with milkshakes and sundaes. Our sodas make our authentic diner desserts as well as premium beverages. Today, you might mistake them for a barista!
Host/Hostess
Our Hosts are the first face our guests see when they come in and the last people to wish them farewell at the end of their meal. They set the tone for the dining experience.
GoTo
The GOTO is the bridge between the heart and front of the house. They take the food prepared by the kitchen and put on the finishing touches to complete an order to be delivered to the guests
Grab and Go Cashier
Grab and Go Cashiers are a staple of Airport travel. They operate our Grab and Go station a the front of the restaurant for travelers looking for food and beverages on the go.
Busser
Start your career in restaurant hospitality in the front of the house as a Busser. Bussers are the support staff for both the heart and front. They keep our restaurant clean, supply plates and cups to all areas of the restaurant, and support our servers. This is a great position for someone that wants to grow in the industry.
